Our structured daily schedule blends recovery-focused activities, personal reflection, and social interaction to provide balance and support.
Morning:
- Mindfulness and meditation to promote clarity and relaxation.
- Morning countryside walks for fresh air and inspiration.
- Daily check-ins to set intentions and share with peers.
- Daily groups and step work to build emotional resilience and wellbeing.
Midday:
- Skills-based workshops: Cooking, budgeting, and practical life skills.
- Gardening therapy: Nurture vegetables with guidance from Alida.
- Therapeutic wood chopping to relieve stress and promote mindfulness.
- Individual counseling: Weekly sessions with a psychologist or Psychiatrist.
- Relapse prevention groups to develop strategies for long-term sobriety.
- Journal writing to reflect on progress and recovery goals.
Afternoon:
- Yoga or physical wellness activities for body-mind balance.
- Process groups to share insights and build support.
- Medical appointments: Access GPs, psychiatrists, or dentists as needed.
Evening:
- Shared meal preparation to foster connection and build life skills.
- Social bonding through AA/NA meetings or 12-Step work.
- 12 Step Work-Obtaining a sponsor
Weekends:
Special activities, including recovery only movie nights, local markets and fairs, creative expression, Visit Art galleries, outings, provide restorative and engaging experiences. Sunday is Family visit Day after the first month.
Families bring a picnic and have time together.
